Job description

Kettering Health is seeking a BC/BE Hematology/Oncologist to join our Cancer Care Team in Southwest Ohio. Here you can enjoy a stable hospital-employed role where you can practice what you love in a supportive, clinician-led environment with a balanced schedule.

  • Research & Innovation Infrastructure in a community practice setting: Clinical Trials + On-Site Cyclotron + Interventional Oncology
  • Weekly Disease-Specific Tumor Boards
  • Work Schedule: 4 clinic days + 1 protected administrative day for balance and professional growth

Compensation & Benefits

  • Proven earning potential: Guaranteed salary at the 50th percentile, with all physicians earning above the 75th percentile.
