Our client is a leading global manufacturer, designer, and distributor of specialized life science testing equipment for research, medical, and academic applications. We are supporting their integration into the US and Canadian markets through the recruitment of strategic specialists and management talent.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Managing service plans and service contracts in ERP and CRM systems

• Coordinating equipment installations and service visits with customers, technicians, and Field Application Scientists

• Acting as the primary point of contact for service- and contract-related customer communication

• Supporting sales and account management on service offerings and renewals

• Maintaining accurate instrument, contract, and service data

• Ensuring timely contract renewals with a focus on retention and customer satisfaction
