• TheField Service Engineerisberesponsibleforprovidingtechnical service support forComecerequipmenttoourNorth American (NA) customers.SpecificallywithregardthethemechanicalandelectricalaspectsofComecersystems.
• Willhelpdrive the sales ofComecerAfter Sales Servicemaintenanceagreements, serviceinterventions, service upgrades,disposablekits, andspareparts.
• Will participate and support the SAT, IQ/OQ and PQ activities for newinstallations

Thispositionwillinclude activities forRadiopharma, Pharma and Cell & Gene Therapy (ATMP) projects in North America;including,butarenotlimited to:

• Radiopharma–shieldedhotcellsandautomation,synthesisanddispensingmodulesforvialsandsyringes, LAFshieldedisolators,sterilitytestingisolators, VPHPgeneratorsforsterilization,solidtarget processing systems, dosecalibrators, and VPHPsterilizationmodules
• Pharma –aseptichandlingand filling ofliquidandpowderAPIs,dispensingcustom R&Disolators,potentAPI processingIsolators(PAPI), modularsterilitytestingisolators(MSTI), ATEXisolators, Baby Phill small batchvialfilling,Asepticfilling line for RTUvialssyringes,cartridges,fullyautomatedcombinationproduct end-to-end filling systems, Speedy Glove,SuperTrak Pharma Flow Fillers
• Cell & Gene Therapy (ATMP)– modularcellculture isolator (MCCI),incubationsystem foradvancedtherapy labsFlexyCult,ValueCellFill

• Troubleshoot, repair, andmaintainthe industrial equipment manufactured by theComecerGroup at customer sites in the United States and Canada.
• Provideremotetechnical support by telephone and online (Help Desk level 1 & 2) forcustomers
• Utilize internal FUSION software to create and track machine issues using service tickets.
• Execute serviceat customer sitesbased on instructions received by the ServicePlanner. Create work reportsandother service documentation and update internal records using FUSION.
• Diagnose and address equipment problemsin a timely manner. Clearlyexplainto the customer’s satisfaction the diagnosis and repair of the machine. Address difficult customer situations in a professional manner.
• Serve as a support engineer to customers formechanical and electricalissues provided withComecerequipment and systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities including filter replacement,calibrations, leak test, etc. onComecerequipment and systems.

• Ship and receive customer orders, stock shipments, and installation equipment.
• Order and track spare parts and consumables inventory. Proactively adjust stock to effectively handle future customer needs and ensure availability of critical stock.
• Organize the archive of user manuals, recommended spare parts lists, and technical documentation related to the equipment installed in the United States and Canada.
• Seek out andassistinnegotiatingmaintenance packages including service contracts and spare parts sets.
• Establish andmaintainpositive working relationships with colleagues, vendors, and customers. Seek opportunities to expand network and promoteComecerand ATS brands.
• Continuallyseektechnical and product training.

• At least a five-year Industrial Technical diploma with Mechanical / Electrical emphasis or equivalent work experience.
• Ability toperform analysis,debug and perform adjustments toComecerequipmentand systems.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults on industrial equipment usingappropriate instrumentationand controls interfaces.
• Anexcellentunderstandingofpneumatic,hydraulic,electricalandmechanicalcomponents,alongwith theabilitytoreaddrawingsisessential.
• Experience withtroubleshootingautomationsystems.
• Must beableto workin amulti-disciplinedenvironment,oftenunder pressure andstricttimeconstants. Experience indealingwith customers to resolveproblemsisrequired.
• Drivencontinuousimprovementmentalityandexperiencewithconductingproblem-solvingexercises, root causeanalysisand successimplementationofinitiatives.
• Requiresexcellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskills withfluencyin Englishbothwrittenandoral
