Job description

WE ARE HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR USA
Do you enjoy creating exceptional customer experiences while keeping operations running smoothly?
Founteyn is launching its connected beverage platform in the United States. One smart system brings coffee, water, soft drinks, and more together, with hot, cold, still, and sparkling options.
To support our first large-scale US rollout, we are looking for a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator who thrives on organization, communication, and getting things done.
You will coordinate customer onboarding, installations, service visits, inventory, and daily operations while connecting customers, field engineers, logistics, and commercial teams.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will keep customers informed, solve operational challenges before they become problems, and help build the processes that will support Founteyn's growth across the United States.
You may be a strong match when you:
• Have experience in customer service, customer success, service coordination, or operations
• Enjoy organizing people, schedules, installations, and operational workflows
• Stay calm under pressure and know how to manage changing priorities without losing focus
• Communicate confidently with customers, field engineers, logistics partners, and commercial teams
• Are experienced with CRM or ticketing systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zendesk
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow them through until they are fully resolved
• Work accurately and understand the importance of documentation, planning, and operational follow-up
• Thrive in a fast-moving scale-up where you help build processes instead of simply following them
