Responsabilités principales :

  • Gestion des commandes : Examiner les commandes clients et les comparer aux devis GE lors du transfert du groupe commercial vers la gestion de projet.
  • Exécution de projets : Entrer les commandes dans le système ERP et suivre indirectement l'approvisionement des pièces. Une fois reçues, organiser le conditionnement et la livraison desdites pièces (passage de douane inclus)
  • Suivi financier : Surveiller les dépenses du projet par rapport au budget (coûts, matériaux, main-d'œuvre) et effectuer le suivi des livraisons des fournisseurs.
  • Relations clients : Assurer une communication régulière concernant l'avancement des projets.
  • Facturation et clôture : Gérer la facturation selon les termes du contrat et effectuer la fermeture administrative des projets.
  • Amélioration continue : Émettre les ordres de modification et contribuer à l'amélioration des processus de gestion de projet (préparation de projet, contrats de service, etc.).
  • Rapports : Produire les rapports d'analyse post-mortem des projets.

Qualifications requises :

  • Éducation et expérience : Diplôme universitaire OU 2 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine.
  • Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office ; la connaissance de SAP est un atout important.
  • Connaissance de l'industrie : Expérience dans le marché de la transmission à haute tension et dans le secteur manufacturier ou de l’entreposage.
  • Langues : Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (essentielle pour les communications avec notre base canadienne).
Services Spare Parts Specialist

Location: La Prairie, QC, Canada Working Model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days/week on-site)

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Review customer orders and compare them with GE quotes upon transfer from the Commercial group to Project Management.
  • Project Execution: Book order in the ERP system. Follow indirectly the supply of the parts. Once received, request and organize the packing and shipping of said parts (including the customs clearance process)
  • Financial Tracking: Monitor project spend vs. budget (costs, materials, labor) and track supplier deliveries with the GE procurement department.
  • Customer Relations: Communicate and inform the customer of project progress on a regular basis.
  • Invoicing & Closing: Manage invoicing according to contract terms and handle administrative project closing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Issue variation orders and contribute to improving project management processes (project preparation, service contracts, etc.).
  • Reporting: Produce project Post-Mortem analysis reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience: University diploma OR 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; SAP knowledge is a strong asset.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the high-voltage transmission market and manufacturing/warehousing environments.
  • Languages: Fluency in French and English (required for interaction with our Canadian base).
