Location:         Norcross, GA - 30071
Duration:        6 Months - Possible to convert to FTE based on performance and business need
Job Type:       Contract    
Work Type:   Onsite
Shift:              Monday to Friday from 06:00 AM to 02:30 PM 
 
 
 
How will you make an impact?
  • As a Warehouse Worker, you will follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete all internal and external customer requests.
  • This position will be in one of the functional areas of the warehouse including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
What will you do?
  • Processes orders according to priority set by the Supervisor/Group Lead to meet customer requirements.
  • Receive, pick, package, and label shipments according to the Distribution SOP and work instructions
  • Maneuvers picking carts or powered industrial trucks to various locations throughout the Distribution Center to locate materials and fulfill orders
  • Completes paper documentation requirements for packing and shipping of hazardous chemicals.
  • Practices good housekeeping and keeps inventory neat, clean, and orderly.
  • Completes paper documentation requirements as outlined by Distribution SOP’s
  • Verifies proper storage conditions of products and notifies Supervisor of any inventory issues that may arise such as Can’t find, Expired Product, Breakage, and Out-Of-Stocks.
  • Assist other team members, as needed, to ensure customer satisfaction including maintaining sufficient employee relations and teamwork.
How will you get here?
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Packing and receiving experience is required.
  • Preferred experience in computers and scanning equipment.
  • Experiecne with SAP
  • Basic Math
  • Comfortable with standing and going in and out of refrigerator area.
