Milk Can debuted as a food truck in October of 2019. The goal was simple: a familiar, uncomplicated menu full of fresh, house-made and local ingredients; delivered with the best service youve ever had. Weve now opened our first permanent home and we are excited to welcome you to the team.
Job Summary
At Milk Can, our Front of House Crew Members set the stage for a truly wonderful experience for our customers. They aim to provide exceptional quality care to guests while managing a high volume and fast-paced work environment. This is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds with no experience required.
Responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work across front of house positions including but not limited to: cashier, drive-thru order taking, serving food, meal delivery, bagging orders, scooping custard and cleaning
  • Consistently provide excellent customer service and hospitality to ensure every guest leaves happy
  • Work efficiently to care for customers while maintaining speed of service
  • Have sufficient knowledge of menu and company to accurately answer customer questions
  • Work as team player to help other crew members as well as customers
Qualifications
  • Previous hospitality and/or food service experience a plus but not required
  • Capability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Committed to punctuality and able to follow directions
  • Ability to communicate with guests, team and management
  • Motivation to grow in a professional, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Friendly and enthusiastic personality with a sincere excitement for customer service
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that might include early mornings, nights, weekends, and some holidays
