# Deployment Lead, Public Sector Washington, D.C.CAN Health is expanding its partnerships with governments, ministries of health, and public payers globally. As Deployment Lead for Public Sector you will own the full implementation lifecycle for these programmes — from contract signature through go-live and steady-state operations. You will be the person who makes CAN real for the organisations that serve entire populations.Apply nowSee all rolesThe role## What you'll do.### Responsibilities* Lead end-to-end deployment of CareOS for government health agencies and public payer partners, managing cross-functional implementation teams.* Build and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communication cadences.* Coordinate between CAN engineering, clinical, and product teams to ensure customer commitments are met on time.* Develop reusable implementation playbooks and onboarding materials that scale across new public-sector engagements.* Act as the primary point of contact for senior government stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle.### What we're looking for* 6+ years of implementation or programme management experience, with at least 3 in government, public health, or enterprise healthcare technology.* Demonstrated success delivering complex software deployments in regulated or public-sector environments.* Exceptional project management skills — you are comfortable with formal methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2) and pragmatic enough to adapt them.* Strong executive communication and stakeholder management in politically sensitive environments.* PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
