Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack application development using Java.
  • Strong backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience implementing workflow solutions using Camunda Platform, including BPMN workflows, Job Workers, External Tasks, and process orchestration.
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and integration adapters.
  • Frontend development experience using React or a similar modern JavaScript framework.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
  • Experience working with JSON, XML, HTML, and API-based integrations.
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and modern CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Node.js or Python development.
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

  • Build and maintain cloud-ready applications with exposure to AWS services and Terraform deployments.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain SQL databases and data access layers.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub and follow Agile development methodologies.
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, risk management policies, cybersecurity best practices, and change management processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices and code quality initiatives.
