A mission-driven arts and cultural organization in Northern Virginia is seeking a strategic leader to oversee campus operations and sales. This is a rare opportunity to help shape and scale a unique multi-building, 55-acre campus, with a focus on growing revenue from rentals and events. The role offers significant impact and growth potential alongside strong community partnerships and future expansion ambitions.

Director of Campus Operations & Sales Benefits & Compensation
  • Base salary of $85,000–$100,000+ (flexible for exceptional candidates)
  • Performance-based incentives tied to revenue, utilization, and client satisfaction
