lead our local marketing, brand awareness, and lead-generation efforts throughout Southeast Michigan.This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established marketing program, improve what is already working, and introduce new campaigns that produce measurable business results.You will work directly with company leadership and have the autonomy to plan campaigns, create content, coordinate agency and vendor partners, analyze performance, and strengthen Rapid Roofing's presence in the communities we serve.About Rapid RoofingFor more than 25 years, Rapid Roofing has helped Southeast resources, expertise, and growth opportunities available through Allstar Services, a national network of leading home improvement brands.What You Will OwnLead Generation and Campaign PerformanceBuild and manage the monthly marketing calendar.Plan and execute promotions and lead-generation campaigns.Coordinate Google Ads, Local Services Ads, paid social media, direct mail, streaming media, lead aggregators, and other advertising channels.Work with agency and vendor partners while maintaining ownership of results.Track lead sources, cost per lead, conversion performance, marketing ROI, and overall campaign effectiveness.Provide clear weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership.Recommend changes based on data, not assumptions.Brand, Social Media and ContentManage Rapid Roofing's presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.Capture photos and video from completed projects, company events, employees, and community activities.Create graphics, advertisements, flyers, social content, and marketing collateral using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.Maintain a consistent and professional brand across every customer-facing channel.Help generate customer reviews, referrals, and useful homeowner content.Community Marketing and EventsCoordinate home shows, trade shows, sponsorships, and community events.Build relationships with local organizations, referral partners, and vendors.Identify opportunities to increase Rapid Roofing's visibility throughout Southeast Michigan.Support promotional campaigns before, during, and after events.Marketing OperationsCoordinate email marketing campaigns and customer communications.Maintain website promotions and basic website content.Manage vendor marketing portals and available co-op marketing funds.Keep offers and promotions consistent across digital, print, social, and in-person channels.Organize marketing assets, campaign documentation, and reporting.What Success Looks more qualified homeowner leads.Built a repeatable marketing process that can support continued company growth.Required QualificationsAt least three years of professional marketing experience.Experience independently managing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.Understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and performance measurement.Hands-on experience creating marketing content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable tools.Experience managing social media and maintaining brand consistency.Strong writing, communication, organization, and project-management skills.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with limited day-to-day supervision.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and marketing technology.Ability to work from the Ypsilanti area and occasionally attend local project sites, events, and community activities.Preferred ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following areas is
