Job description

At AWS Canada, we're seeking a driven professional to join us as a Campaign Manager within our Customer Acquisition organization. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take on increased responsibility and make a significant impact on our business growth.
In this position, you'll work at the intersection of sales, GTM, marketing, and customer and partner engagement, contributing to pipeline generation across multiple sales segments. You'll serve as the key liaison between Canada CSC and other AWS teams, including Marketing, Partner Marketing, Go-to-Market (GTM), Field Enablement, and sellers, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign strategy


Impact and Scope:
Contribute to pipeline generation through development, execution and refinement of segment-specific, industry-specific and persona-specific campaign strategies
Serve as the primary liaison with Marketing, Partner Marketing, Go-to-Market (GTM), Field Enablement, and sellers for prospecting efforts, while aligning business unit activities and go-to-market strategies to support strategic sales plays and organizational goals
Track and measure the effectiveness of campaign activities against CSC sales results and strategic goals, using data-driven insights to guide and refine future strategies
Deliver independently while seeking guidance from leadership on strategic matters
Key job responsibilities
Work backwards from AWS Geo and Service pipeline goals to build campaign prioritization with service-level offers, messaging, and go-to-market execution
Clarify requirements, customer needs, and priorities to develop effective segment-specific campaign strategies
Develop detailed campaign project plans, which include: campaign goals, messaging, calls to action, marketing distribution channels, and campaign schedules
Analyze customer data, seller and customer feedback to support cross-sell/upsell strategies
Obsess over our end customer's AWS experience and design campaigns on their behalf
Identify patterns to improve technical and business solutions within the CSC
Collaborate with senior/Executive AWS sales leaders to align strategic pipeline generation campaigns with business goals
Oversee creation and launch of sales and GTM content focused on prospecting
Model input and output-based goals and measure campaign effectiveness
Orchestrate cross-functional activities across Sales, Partner teams, and executive stakeholders
Embody a partner-first mentality
Provide feedback to AWS sales leadership on campaign strategy and opportunities to optimize
Support customer-facing sales engagement at live and virtual events, or via direct campaign execution
Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders. Plus, continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize conversion, pipeline, and revenue generation.
Advise and spearhead technology, mechanisms and tool adoption plans, in support of GTM goals, pipeline and revenue generation
Drive timely decisions and clear blockers, escalating issues appropriately.
