Overview
How You'll Make an Impact
As the Vice President of Campaign Management, you will own the product strategy and execution for Epsilon's campaign management pod, leading the transformation of how campaigns are planned, launched, orchestrated, and optimized across Epsilon's activation environments. Reporting to the SVP of Product, this newly created role will lead the delivery of a next-generation campaign management suite that serves as the operating system for campaign execution, bringing together automation, intuitive operator experiences, embedded workflows, and forecasting integrated directly into planning and execution. You will bring a clear point of view on how to simplify complexity, improve speed, and build product experiences that make Epsilon easier to use, more scalable to operate, and better positioned to support evolving campaign execution needs.
This role will play a key part in shaping the future of Epsilon's campaign execution capabilities. Success will require translating the needs of operators, agencies, and platform partners into a clear product strategy that improves workflow speed, usability, orchestration, and execution quality across campaign lifecycles. You will define vision, align stakeholders, and lead the development of products that improve execution consistency, increase adoption, and drive measurable operational and business impact.
This is a highly strategic role that requires a resourceful leader with strong judgment, organizational savvy, interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and excellent communication. You will have a proven track record of leading product transformation through both strong product vision and disciplined execution, with the ability to move confidently between long-term strategy and the day-to-day realities of building products teams rely on.
Responsibilities
What You'll Achieve
  • Develop the vision and set the strategic direction for Epsilon's campaign management capabilities across planning, launch, optimization, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Own the end-to-end campaign execution system, ensuring planning, launch, optimization, and reporting workflows operate as a unified, scalable control plane for operators.
  • Lead the transformation of campaign operations from fragmented, ticket-driven workflows into a more unified, scalable, and intuitive product experience.
  • Deliver a next-generation campaign management suite with automation, operator-first experiences, embedded workflows, and intelligent product capabilities.
  • Enable consistent campaign execution across Epsilon Digital, retail media, and embedded activation environments through a unified orchestration model that improves speed, transparency, and control.
  • Integrate forecasting directly into campaign workflows and planning tools so teams can make faster, more informed decisions and improve execution predictability.
  • Own and drive the product lifecycle from strategy, design, and launch through continuous improvement, working closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design, Operations, and Commercial teams.
  • Define product requirements and roadmaps, including feasibility, effort, financial impact, and strategic value, with clear sequencing to improve speed, usability, and operational leverage.
  • Ensure the Marketing team is aligned with Product strategy on market positioning, product realization, training programs, and product management work products.
  • Serve as a critical partner to Product, Marketing, agency, and operations stakeholders, connecting the dots across workflow transformation, orchestration, and execution strategy.
  • Research and offer recommendations to keep the Product organization on a path of continuous improvement while defining and managing KPIs across campaign speed, workflow efficiency, platform adoption, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications
Who You Are
  • Ability to comfortably span business management, client and commercial engagement, product design and development, and the technical details underpinning it all. Must be able to lead product vision and roadmap while also driving the day-to-day work required to deliver products that teams rely on.
  • Deep industry knowledge of digital advertising, campaign execution, and the operational realities of planning, launch, optimization, and reporting.
  • A minimum of 10 years in a Product role focused on advertising, campaign management, workflow-driven platforms, or related AdTech and MarTech products, with exposure to orchestration, automation, or forecasting considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience building and scaling complex, workflow-driven products that support end-to-end operational processes and improve both efficiency and user experience.
  • Proven ability to transform manual or service-heavy operating models into scalable, productized systems through strong strategy, disciplined execution, and close cross-functional partnership.
  • Strong collaboration skills and commitment to interdisciplinary thinking - ability to work across teams focused on strategy, technology, data, operations, and design in service to new product solutions.
  • Experience applying automation, AI-assisted workflows, or decision-support approaches to improve operational efficiency, execution quality, and usability.
  • Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills.
  • Proven experience influencing business or marketing strategy through the application and management of competitive information, market awareness, and product positioning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams including technical, operational, analytical, and marketing resources.
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative.
  • BA/BS degree. Advanced degree and/or MBA desirable.
