Job description

The Rotational Development Intern is an 8-week developmental internship designed to provide hands-on exposure to multiple business functions within the organization. This role offers the intern the opportunity to learn how key departments collaborate to support overall business operations and organizational success.
During the internship, the intern will rotate through Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Operations, Human Resources, Legal and Information Technology (IT), while also spending time with department leaders to gain insight into leadership responsibilities, strategic decision-making and how each department contributes to the larger organization.
This position is intended to provide broad business exposure, professional development and practical experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities:
Participate in an 8-week rotational development program across multiple departments.
Complete assigned projects, administrative tasks and learning activities within each department rotation.
Attend meetings and shadow department leaders to gain exposure to business operations and leadership functions.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working with employees, customers and company information.
Collaborate with team members and ask questions to support learning and development.
Complete internship assignments and provide feedback regarding the internship experience.

Department Rotations

Marketing
Gain exposure to branding, internal and external communications, social media and campaign development.
Assist with content creation, marketing initiatives and promotional projects.
Learn how marketing supports business growth and customer engagement.

Sales
Learn the sales lifecycle, prospecting strategies, customer relationship management and account development processes.
Observe and participate in cold calling, customer prospecting and introductory sales conversations.
