Senior Digital Advertising SpecialistJob SummaryThe Senior Digital Advertising Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on PPC-driven lead generation. This role is highly execution-focused and will manage day-to-day campaign performance across Facebook, LinkedIn, and other paid advertising channels, while collaborating closely with our external advertising agency on Google Ads and Reddit campaigns. The position works directly with the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing, to refine campaign strategy and drive measurable pipeline impact. Additionally, this role supports SEO efforts by providing data-driven insights to the content and web teams, helping guide keyword strategy and content development based on campaign performance.Key Duties
  • Build, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms, including Facebook/Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Build, launch, and manage 6sense campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with our external advertising agency to manage and optimize Google Ads and Reddit campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize to improve key metrics, including cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate (CVR), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign structuring to support campaign effectiveness
  • Develop and test ad copy, messaging, and creative assets
  • Help manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies across platforms
  • Execute A/B tests on ad creative, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards, providing clear insights into campaign performance and recommendations for improvement
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
  • Partner with content and web teams to share insights from paid campaigns and guide SEO and content strategy
  • Ensure alignment between paid advertising efforts and broader marketing initiatives

Education/Training
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Required Work Experience/Skills
  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on PPC or paid media
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and 6sense; Reddit experience a plus
  • Experience with Monday.com
  • Experience working with or collaborating alongside external advertising agencies
  • Strong experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in non-ecommerce environments
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize toward business outcomes
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and platform dashboards
