Job description

Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a new data center construction project in West Texas. We are looking for dependable operators with a minimum of 7 years of experience operating construction equipment in a commercial construction environment.

Pay & Schedule:

  • $36.00/hour
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM โ€“ 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
  • Approximately 50 hours per week
  • Man camp accommodations provided
  • $60/day meal stipend for each day worked
  • Long-term project opportunity

Operators will support underground commercial plumbing operations by safely operating excavators, loaders, skid steers, and similar dirt-moving equipment. Responsibilities will include excavation, loading, backfilling, material handling, and general site support. Successful candidates must be comfortable working alongside underground plumbing crews and willing to assist with additional tasks when equipment operation is not required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment operating experience
  • Experience operating multiple types of equipment, including excavators, loaders, and skid steers
  • Ability to provide proof of equipment training/qualification
  • Recent safety training preferred (OSHA 10, OSHA 30, or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting commercial construction, underground utility, or sitework preferred
  • Ability to travel and work extended hours
