- Supervision of Children: Models and maintains high health and safety standards; communicates and models appropriate behavior, language and hygiene; structures and intervenes in individual and group dynamics to promote growth and self-esteem in children. Will be working with adopted children with behavioral and/or emotional issues.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum one year experience working with children, preferably ages 5 - 14
- Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends only, 8-10 weekends per year, including overnight.
- Demonstrated competence in serving a culturally diverse population. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse workforce.
- Physical ability to maintain the safety and well being of children for whom there is responsibility, including the physical ability to implement The Baby Fold's approved physical crisis intervention procedures.
