This is a predominantly remote role based in Broward or Miami-Dade Counties (with a strong preference towards Broward), though roughly 20% of your time spent on-site in our local Broward offices and another 20% traveling to our offices in other cities. You'll work hands-on with our providers and staff to turn everyday moments into engaging social media videos-coaching them on camera, capturing the footage, and shaping it into content that drives patient growth.

As we build out our social presence, you'll be helping to lead the charge.ย ย You'll bring a sensibility for what works across a variety of social media channels, and flare for hooks that draw in audiences.ย

You'llย also collaborate with external influencers, communities, and groups to find ways to bring our brand to new audiences, with budget responsibility.ย

In our fast-paced startup environment,ย you'llย own our social presence end to end, from filming and editing toย scheduling content to analyzingย performance and community management, while helping our team build comfort and confidence on camera.ย

ย
Key activitiesย you'llย perform:ย

  • Train andย coachย our providers and staff on creating effective social media videos, helping them feel comfortable and energized on cameraย
  • Record, recut, and post videos across our social channels on a consistent cadenceย
  • Coordinate the production of posts, including getting approvals from on-camera talent, working with compliance, and a variety of internal reviews asย requiredย
  • Track and analyze video and content performance, and use those insights to refine our approachย
  • Trend trackingย
  • Scheduled Postingย
  • Annotate, organize, andย maintainย a library of raw footage so we can move quickly and reuse assetsย
  • Recruit and manage relationships with paid and unpaid influencers,ย as well as customers who might be willing to provide testimonialsย
  • Cultivate engagement within relevant online groups and communitiesย
  • Manage and respond toย both social posts andย Google reviewsย (and other online ratings)ย protecting and elevating our reputationย
  • Support overall brand consistency across all social touchpointsย
  • Stay on top of platform trends and emerging formats to keep our content freshย

What success looks like:ย

  • Help drive patient acquisition through compelling, consistent social media contentย
  • Build a roster of providers and staff who are confident and willing to create video contentย
  • Serve as a go-to source for social and video performance metricsย
  • Maintain a well-organized, easily accessible footage library that lets the team move fastย
  • Grow our influencer and community relationships into a meaningful acquisition channelย
  • Be the primary internal owner of reviews and customer testimonialsย
  • Keep our online reputation strong through proactive review and community managementย
  • Show adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-growing startup environmentย

What you will bring:ย

  • A minimum of 5 years of total professional working experience in a marketing or social media role,ย preferably with some experience in healthcare or a startup environmentย ย
  • Based in Broward County, with reliable transportation for local travel and a willingness to travel to other cities (roughly 20%ย local on-site, 20% out-of-town)ย
  • Willing to workย some nights and weekends,ย staffingย and taking video at eventsย
  • High, infectious energy and the ability to bring that energy out in others on cameraย
  • Hands-on experience recording, editing, and posting short-form video for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)ย and video editing apps likeย CapCutย
  • Strong skills in social media analytics and using data to improve content performanceย
  • Experience managing influencer relationships and online communities or groupsย
  • Familiarity with managing online reviews and reputation (Google reviews and similar)ย
  • Comfort coaching and training others-patient, encouraging, and able to make people feel at ease on cameraย
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projectsย simultaneouslyย
  • Organized and systematic, especially inย maintainingย content and footage librariesย
