$17-$23/hr + tips (base rate + guaranteed tip rate, and customer tips are unlimited!!)
Evolution is hiring On-Camera Game Hosts at our Southfield, MI studio. You'll host live casino games, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat while players join online from around the state.

What You'll Do
  • Host live casino games on camera - Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
  • Enthusiastically introduce players, explain the rules, and announce winners
  • Deal cards and spin the wheel with quick, accurate technique
  • Engage players in friendly, professional conversation every shift
  • Bring confidence and personality to every session

Shift Options
  • Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
  • Full-time: 40 hours (5 days) or 32 hours (4 days) on a consistent weekly basis
  • Weekend availability required

Who We're Looking For
  • Customer service, hospitality, retail, or any people-facing background welcome
  • Comfortable and confident on camera
  • Energetic, professional, and reliable
  • Available for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • No casino experience required whatsoever

Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
  • Must complete pre-employment background check
  • Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
  • Repeated use of both hands and arms
  • Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4 or more feet away
  • Ability to communicate verbally to players
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
  • Ability to present on camera under professional studio lighting
  • Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2 inch or higher heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time
