Pay & Benefits
  • Base pay: 90% of load
  • Average gross: $8000 – $10,000
  • Average weekly miles: 3000+
  • Safety/Clean Inspection Bonus: $150
  • Pay period: Friday (Monday–Sunday)
Hometime
  • Owners create their own schedule
Orientation
  • Drug test: Anywhere before orientation
  • Days: any day conducted over the phone/online
  • ELD/Camera: Samsara with front-facing camera
DEDUCTIONS:
  • Trailer Rent: we have places for trailer rental in all 48 states, price depends on your home area and trailer type, between $200-$400 a week
  • Cargo Insurance: $250
  • Occupational accident insurance: $175 monthly
  • Physical Damage Bobtail Insurance: on your own
  • ELD: $50 monthly
  • Plate program: $500 weekly for 6 weeks
  • PrePass: $35 a month - with 30% more sites than PrePass
