We are currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive Press Operator II to join our production team on the second shift. This position is responsible for operating press equipment to produce 3form products in accordance with established safety protocols and production standards, ensuring consistency and meeting on-time delivery requirements. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience and demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow directions of Press Lead, Supervisor, and ManagerWork in a two-man team to build productsFollow Standards for proper setup & production operations, & safety protocolsMeeting or exceeding efficiency & quality goalsQC data entrySchedule executionMaintain a clean and safe factoryAdhere to all company rules, policy, & guidelinesQualifications: Strong communication at the team levelAbility to follow Standard Operating ProceduresTask drivenDetail OrientedBasic math computationHigh School Diploma or GEDAble to read and comprehend instructionsMust be able to acknowledge and follow critical proceduresAble work overtime and weekends as requiredPhysical Demands: Amount of Time Spent Performing Activities: Standing: Up to 10 hoursWalking: Up to hoursRequired Physical Strength and Movement: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequentlyMust be able to push and pull up to 100 lbs frequently including moving pallets, carts, and plastic sheets.
