Part-time Video Production Intern – Las Vegas, NV (On-Site)

30 hours per week
Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing

We’re looking for a hands-on Video Production Intern to help capture and create high-impact content that showcases real work in the field. This is not a “sit behind a desk” internship—you’ll be out in homes, branches, and job sites, helping bring our brand to life through video.

If you’re someone who enjoys filming real environments, editing engaging content, and experimenting with new tools (including AI), this is an opportunity to build a portfolio that actually stands out.

Note: All applicants must submit a portfolio or demo reel for consideration.

About the Role

This Las Vegas-based, on-site internship supports our growing demand for video content across social media, digital campaigns, and internal initiatives. You’ll gain real-world experience shooting, editing, and producing content used by a national home services brand.

THIS POSITION PAYS BETWEEN $20-$23 PER HOUR DOE.

What You’ll Do
  • Capture video on-site at homes, branches, and local events
  • Film b-roll, interviews, and real in-field footage
  • Edit short- and long-form video for social, ads, and internal use
  • Format and resize content for platforms like Meta, YouTube, and CTV
  • Assist with motion graphics, overlays, and basic animation
  • Support post-production (editing, color correction, audio cleanup)
  • Explore and apply AI tools (Adobe Firefly, generative video tools, etc.)
  • Help identify content gaps and new video opportunities
  • Organize and manage video assets and project files
What You Bring
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Film, Video Production, Media, or similar (REQUIRED)- this is for students in a secondary school program (college, junior college or similar)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, and storytelling
  • Comfortable shooting in real-world environments (not just studio)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Self-starter with curiosity and a willingness to learn
  • Portfolio or demo reel strongly preferred
Nice to Have
  • Experience with cameras, lighting setups, and audio capture
  • Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or similar tools
  • Interest in AI-driven video production workflows
Why This Internship Stands Out
  • Real-world, portfolio-worthy work—not busywork
  • Exposure to a fast-growing, national brand
  • Opportunity to experiment with cutting-edge AI tools
  • Hands-on experience across the full production process
