Responsibilities: • Ubiquiti Camera Installation & Configuration: Mounting and installing cameras (both IP and potentially analog), running and terminating network cabling (Cat5/Cat6), and configuring camera settings. • UniFi Protect Knowledge: Familiarity with Ubiquiti's UniFi Protect platform for managing the camera systems. • Understanding of networking fundamentals, such as IP addressing, subnets, and network protocols, especially in the context of security systems. • Experience with integrated cameras with other security or network systems, include this experience. • Ability to diagnose and resolve camera or network issues, demonstrating your problem-solving skills. • Customer Interaction: Provide technical support or training to customers on using the camera system. • Documentation: Maintain records of installations or configurations.
