Who You Areย 

Plumbing Technicians willย be responsible forย all aspects of the maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of the plumbing systems in residential homes.ย This includes installing and repairing sinks, water heaters, toilets, other plumbing fixtures, cleaning drains, as well as appliances including dishwashers and garbage disposals.ย You will accurately diagnose plumbing problems and communicate with clients the options and upgrades that increase safety and enhance the quality/health of life for homeowners.ย ย 

Essential Job Functionsย 

  • Execute effective troubleshooting techniques toย identifyย root causes of plumbing issuesย ย 
  • Performย timelyย andย accurateย repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issuesย 
  • Always explain to the customerย what service you are performing and give exact prices & gain approval before doing the workย 
  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services for the customer'sย needs and wantsย 
  • Install, repair, andย maintainย plumbing systems, equipment, and fixturesย 
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulationsย ย 
  • Educate andย assistย customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.ย 
  • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat businessย 
  • Maintain your truck so that it is always neat and clean on the inside and outsideย 
  • Work alongside Customer Service and Dispatch team to ensure overall success of the businessย 
  • Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completedย 
  • Always be safety conscious both on the job and while drivingย 
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, morningย meetingsย and retreatsย 
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick,ย accurateย repairs and installationsย

Required Qualificationsย 

  • 1+ years of experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing, water heaters, tankless, and filtrationย 
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skillsย 
  • Plumbing Apprentice Licenseย 
  • Ability to provide repair versus replacement options to customersย 
  • Knowledge of drain machines, camera, and locator equipmentย 
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required toolsย 
  • Service Titan Experience (Preferred)ย ย 
  • High School Diploma or GEDย 
  • Clean driving recordย 
  • Basic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document workย 
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English languageย

Compensation & Hoursย 

  • Pay: $17.00 - $22.00
  • Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs)ย 
  • Days: Monday - Friday & On Call Rotation
