Bus Person (Ayudante de camarero)

Description:

To assist the Server in all aspects of service, in a quick andefficient manner. Inform Manager on duty of any Guest opportunities.Greet Guests by offering water service and non-alcoholic beverages.Serve drinks on a tray. Bus tables at the conclusion of Guests' meals bywiping off tables, all chairs and booth seats. Inspect the entire floorarea and ensure that it is clean. Re-set tables and inspect silverwarefor cleanliness. Ensure that supplies inside stations are well-stockedand clean.

Qualifications:

Minimum one year restaurant experience preferred. Must displayoutstanding Team and Guest relations. Must be able to communicateeffectively. Ability to carry loaded large and small trays.
