Job description

We are seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Dental Designer specializing in full-arch hybrids and implant prosthetics to join our state-of-the-art laboratory in Huntsville, AL. This role is dedicated to high-level digital design, scan integration, and digital production for complex, high-value cases.

What You’ll Do
  • Prosthetic Design: Design full-arch hybrid restorations (All-on-X), custom bars, and implant-supported bridges using Exocad and 3Shape.

  • Execute Digital Workflows: Process intraoral scans, prepare digital models, and set up files for multi-axis milling and 3D printing.

  • Ensure Quality & Fit: Inspect designs for proper occlusion, passive fit, emergence profiles, and doctor preference adherence before production.

  • Streamline Production: Help optimize CAD/CAM workflows to maintain fast turnaround times without compromising accuracy.

What We Need
  • Extensive Hybrid Design Experience: Demonstrated background designing full-arch implant prosthetics in a commercial lab setting.

  • Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Exocad and/or 3Shape CAD platforms.

  • Implant Knowledge: Thorough understanding of major implant systems, multi-unit abutments, and full-arch biomechanics.
