You will partner with internal teams and external providers to manage machining systems that support our products. - Define tooling strategies, including cutter selection, tool life management, optimization programs, and vendor engagement

- Lead fixturing and workholding strategies across part families to ensure repeatability, precision, and efficient changeover

- Continuously improve machining processes to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve tool life and surface finish outcomes
- Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process sheets, control plans, FMEAs, and standard operating procedures
