Who We're Looking For 

Marketbridge is seeking a Director, Performance Media Analytics to lead how marketing results are defined, interpreted, and communicated across integrated B2B programs.
This role is client-facing and advisory in nature. You will help senior stakeholders understand what is working, why it is working, and what to do next. Success in this role requires strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex analytics and technology into clear, business-relevant insights for non-technical audiences.
You will partner closely with Demand Strategy, Media, and Client teams to establish measurement frameworks, guide optimization, and ensure reporting tells a cohesive, credible story across channels and platforms. Your work will connect marketing activity to business impact.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as a senior, trusted advisor to clients, clearly explaining marketing performance, insights, and recommendations
  • Develop measurement frameworks aligned to campaign and business objectives
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives, executive summaries, and client-ready recommendations
  • Partner with Demand Strategy and Media teams to inform planning and optimization decisions
  • Establish and maintain KPI definitions, benchmarks, and reporting standards
  • Collaborate with channel and technical teams to validate tracking, data availability, and limitations
  • Guide clients through reporting needs, priorities, and interpretation of results
  • Lead performance readouts, retrospectives, and ongoing optimization discussions
  • Manage team assignments and support the development of analytics talent


Qualifications 

  •  8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or marketing strategy, ideally within an agency or B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel B2B marketing and measurement, including demand generation campaigns and paid media metrics
  • Extensive knowledge of ABM campaign measurement frameworks and success metrics
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with confidence presenting to senior and executive audiences
  • Experience working with platforms such as GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn, 6sense, Demandbase, HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce
  • Ability to explain analytics, technology, and performance drivers to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with strategy, media, data, and client teams
  • People leadership experience and comfort balancing multiple client engagements

We aim to offer competitive and fair compensation based on experience, location, and market benchmarks. The salary range for this role is $100,000 – $130,000.
