As a Call Center Representative, you are the first point of contact for our company and are sure to provide superb customer service. QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Customer service experience is preferred. Experience in a law office, collections environment, or tax office is a plus! Are you punctual and dependable? Can you work well in a team environment? Do you have strong written and verbal communication skills? Do you enjoy talking on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Are you attentive to detail?
