  • This full-time exempt position includes opportunities for:

    • Meaningful community impact
    • Professional growth and leadership development
    • Collaborative and mission-focused work
    • Engagement in statewide initiatives and partnerships

Benefits That Support You

We believe that caring for our team is essential to caring well for others.

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (with multiple plan options, including fully covered employee-only plans)
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays
  • Retirement plan with employer contribution
  • Ongoing professional development and learning opportunities
  • A collaborative, encouraging, and mission-focused culture
  • Opportunities to grow within an organization making a real impact

What You’ll Do

As Outreach Manager, you’ll provide leadership and oversight for outreach operations, community engagement, and coordinated support services. You’ll work alongside community partners, staff, and stakeholders to strengthen systems of care and ensure survivors receive compassionate, trauma-informed support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting outreach staff and daily operations
  • Building strong partnerships with community agencies, schools, healthcare providers, law enforcement, and faith communities
  • Supporting crisis response and complex service coordination
  • Delivering community education and awareness presentations
  • Promoting trauma-informed, survivor-centered practices
  • Supporting outreach strategies that increase awareness, referrals, and survivor engagement
  • Participating in statewide collaboration efforts and multidisciplinary teams

What You Bring

We’re searching for someone who is:

  • Passionate about advocacy, outreach, and survivor support
  • A strong communicator and relationship-builder
  • Organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • Experienced in leadership, case coordination, or community engagement
  • Committed to collaboration, professionalism, and ethical service delivery

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Communications, Counseling, or related field
  • Experience working with survivors of violence, trafficking, trauma, homelessness, substance use, or vulnerable populations
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and survivor-centered practices

Additional Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
  • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion and passing of a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
