Job description

If you enjoy working outside and meeting new people from around the world daily, Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a leading nationwide rental car outsourcing company, is currently hiring quality, team driven people to work as a Rental Car Return Agent for our partners at the airport.

What you'll do:

  • Greet customers when they are dropping off their rental car
  • Expedite the car return process so customers can get to their destination quickly and easily
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns professionally and be able to explain charges on the invoice
  • Secure vehicle keys from the customer upon return and confirm necessary documentation and checks are performed as needed
  • Ensure car is ready for the next customer by inspecting and recording for new damages and checking gas levels and mileage

What we require:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license (non CDL)
  • 18 years of age or older
