Job description

Call Center Representative

The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales efforts. This role is based in the Brownsville Office and requires a bilingual individual fluent in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:
  • Support 40-50 inbound calls per day.
  • Make 5-6 outbound sales lead calls per day when inbound call volume is low.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve billing issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide information about products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual - Spanish and English.
  • Call center background.
  • Good communication skills.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Shift/Hours:

  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with availability for 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Working one Saturday a month, with one day off during the week.
