Our firm is hiring a Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for individuals and families reaching out to our firm regarding potential nursing home abuse and neglect cases.
Responsibilities
• Strong telephone sales and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage callers and guide conversations
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
• Ability to remain professional, patient, and compassionate when speaking with individuals experiencing difficult or emotional circumstances
• Experience in call center, customer service, intake, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong listening skills and the ability to ask thoughtful, effective questions to understand a caller's needs
Qualifications
• Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls from prospective clients and their families
