What is a call out operator?

A Call Out Operator is a professional responsible for making outbound calls, often on behalf of a company or organization. Their main duties include contacting clients or customers to provide information, conduct surveys, collect debts, or arrange appointments. These abilities ensure accurate message delivery, efficient call handling, and a positive experience for both clients and recipients.
