Salary:

We are looking for a Call Center Representative fluent in Spanish that will be the liaison between our company and retail pharmacies, as well as our clients.


Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities


  • answer calls and respond to emails
  • handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email
  • manage and resolve customer complaints
  • enter new customer information into system
  • update existing customer information
  • document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • complete call logs


Education and Experience


  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proficient in relevant computer applications
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office:
    Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus
  • good data entry and typing skills
