Job Summary
We are seeking a Tow Truck Driver to join our team! As a Tow Truck Driver on our team, you will be responding to calls from stranded motorists in the area and providing emergency roadside assistance, accident recovery, and recovering abandoned vehicles. You will also be maintaining excellent documentation of each call, providing basic invoicing to clients, and accepting payments in the field as needed. The ideal candidate has experience with roadside assistance or basic vehicle repair, has driven a tow truck before, and has excellent communication skills.ย 

Responsibilitiesย 
  • Respond to roadside emergencies within a designated area
  • Professionally and accurately assist the client by doing minor repairs, or recovering the vehicle and bringing it to a designated location
  • Maintain the tow truck and all of your equipment to ensure a safe working environment
  • Maintain excellent records of calls responded to
  • Write and present invoices to clients in the field and accept payment as needed
Qualifications
  • Must hold the proper license to operate a tow truck in the state
  • Has a clean driving record and can exhibit safe driving skills
  • Experience with basic roadside assistance, such as changing a tire
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
