Job Description:

The Call Center Morning position requires an individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a call center and be able to provide excellent customer service. The position requires flexibility in scheduling as it is a 24hr call center. The main responsibilities of the Call Center Morning position include:

  • Answering incoming calls and providing assistance to customers
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Entering customer information into the system accurately
  • Following up with customers as needed
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
