Call Center Customer Service RepresentativePay Rate: $19.00/hr

Shift: Must have open availability for any shift between 7AM-7PM

Position: Temporary

Overview:Join our call center team as we serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls only! You’ll answer incoming phone calls in a high-volume phone queue, assisting the public with a variety of inquiries.Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from the public
  • Assist with registration questions
  • Provide information about voting locations and hours
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented demeanor at all times
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Customer-first mindset and non-partisan approach
Required Dates:
  • Zoom Meeting: 9/22 @ 10:00am (link will be sent to selected candidates on 9/21)
  • Start Date: 9/29 to December (Varies by call volumes)
Training:
  • Dates: 9/29-10/6
  • Time: 9:00am-4:30pm (1-hour lunch)
