Description/Comment:

  • Answer inbound customer calls to provide support, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, provide updates, and conduct service outreach.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Document all interactions clearly and accurately in the customer management system.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Adhere to all compliance, privacy, and security standards.
