At Clinical Associates, we make being healthy easier. We connect our patients to a seamless system of integrated medical care, which includes in-house specialists in areas of practice, from cardiology to podiatry. We also offer unique services like our nuclear stress testing facility.


We are seeking to add Full Time Medical Call Center Representatives to our team in Pikesville located in the Woodholme Medical Building at 1838 Greene Tree Road! Call Center experience  in the medical field is required!


 Our ideal candidates must be willing to work in a team environment, high volume call center and go above and beyond in providing customer service to our patients. We are a multi-specialty healthcare setting that offers enrichment and an opportunity for growth.


Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

The Call Center Representative is the first point of contact and provides a professional, supportive, and nurturing experience for patients and visitors via telephone. The Call Center Representative  is responsible for answering all incoming phone calls for the healthcare provider, scheduling appointments, and documenting messages in the EMR system.


The Call Center Representative  must be detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task to ensure that all company protocols are being performed efficiently and accurately.


The Call Center Representative will perform duties including but not limited to:

  • Identifying and quickly assessing the nature of calls and acting appropriately to provide prompt, professional service.
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Verifying insurance / resolving eligibility issues prior to a scheduled appointment.
  • Collecting co-pays, deductibles, and account balances (PRN basis)

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
  • Medical  Call Center experience is required
  • Basic arithmetic and money calculating skills.
  • Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
  • EMR skills are required.
