A call center service is a centralized department or facility that handles incoming and outgoing customer communications for a business, typically via phone, but also through email, chat, or social media. Call center agents provide support, answer questions, resolve issues, and may also perform telemarketing or sales functions. These services help businesses manage high volumes of customer inquiries efficiently, improving customer satisfaction and streamlining operations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a call center service representative?
