Hours: Tuesday-Saturday | 7am-3:30pm OR 11:30am-8pm

Job Description:

The Call Center Agent serves as a primary point of contact for customers regarding deliveries, pickups, order status updates, scheduling requests, and issue resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a customer-first mindset while managing a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications via phone, email, and chat.
  • Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules while providing timely updates and estimated arrival information.
  • Assist customers with shipment inquiries, service requests, disputes, and claims.
  • Process customer orders and facilitate payment transactions through company-approved systems.
