Call Center Representative

Join our dynamic team at Englewood Health, a leading healthcare system comprising Englewood Hospital and the Englewood Health Physician Network. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care across northern New Jersey and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. Job Summary: Under general supervision, schedules appointments within the Englewood Health system. Performs computer data entry and all required documentation related to the patient's appointment. Exhibits Service Excellence Standards at all times and incorporates into all interactions.

Department: Imaging Call Center

Location: Englewood, NJ

Status: Full Time

Shift: Days

Hours: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Job Essentials:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years related experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with professional appearance.
  • Ability to function independently.
  • Clerical, data entry, and computer skills required.
  • Demonstrates appropriate and courteous telephone etiquette during telephone exchanges.
  • Relays essential phone messages.
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills with patients, co-workers, physicians and Medical Center Staff.
  • Ability to accurately schedule appointments.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment that has frequent changes in priorities, policies and requirements.
  • Flexibility and ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail with organizational skills and an ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
