About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Customer Care team in Lowell, AR. This is a full-time, in-office role in a fast-paced contact center where youโ€™ll be the first point of contact for our customers.

In this role, youโ€™ll help schedule appointments, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care. If youโ€™re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a high-energy environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

Compensation

$15 - $17/hour based on experience + bonus opportunities tied to performance

Available Shifts

Mondayโ€“Friday: 9:00 PM โ€“ 5:30 PM

Saturdayโ€“Tuesday: 1:00 PM โ€“ 11:00 PM

Saturdayโ€“Monday: 6:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM

Please note: Candidates will be asked to select one of the above schedules during the screening process.

What Youโ€™ll Do

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and general questions

Ensure appointments are accurately scheduled and confirmed each day

Communicate effectively with technicians, dispatch, operations managers, and team members

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed

Accurately enter and update customer and job information in scheduling systems

Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Help keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using computers and learning new systems (training provided)
