Job Description:

This role offers the opportunity to provide essential primary care services within an ICE correctional facility, delivering medical support to detained immigrant adults who are navigating an already difficult and vulnerable situation. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will perform comprehensive assessments, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe treatments, and support overall health needs for a diverse population housed in a secure environment. The FNP is responsible for providing gentle and nurturing care to the patient population of immigrants who are already facing a challenging situation. We are seeking healthcare providers who wish to lighten the load for these patients and provide high‑level primary care to these vulnerable individuals. Working collaboratively with the facility physician and interdisciplinary team, the NP ensures continuity of care, adherence to clinical standards, and compassionate support for patients in a structured, regulated setting.
