Job description

Position Overview

Arash Law is seeking a highly motivated Post-Bar Clerk / Associate Attorney to join our growing litigation team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent law school graduate who has taken (or is awaiting results from) the California Bar Exam and is eager to build hands-on experience in high-value plaintiff-side litigation.

You will work directly with senior attorneys on complex personal injury matters, gaining exposure to case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.

We are looking for someone hungry, organized, detail-oriented, and ready to grow within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with case management from pre-litigation through trial

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence

  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda

  • Prepare deposition summaries and trial binders

  • Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

  • Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial as appropriate

  • Support settlement strategy and case valuation

Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Recently sat for or awaiting California Bar results (Post-Bar Clerk eligible)

  • Strong research and writing skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Interest in plaintiff-side litigation and trial work

  • Spanish fluency is a plus
