Job description

Als Calibration Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het kalibreren, onderhouden en eventueel herstellen van laboratoriuminstrumenten.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Uitvoeren van kalibraties, onderhoud en afstellingen van diverse meetinstrumenten (temperatuur, druk, massa, weerstand, kracht, enz.) in-house, en occasioneel op verplaatsing
  • Uitvoeren van tussentijdse controles op referentie-instrumenten.
  • Voorbereiden van goedereninspecties voor kalibratie.
  • Herstellingen uitvoeren van apparatuur in-house op onze site in Sint‑Niklaas.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving in het kalibratielabo.
  • Rapporteren aan de Calibration Coordinator.
  • Samenwerken met het kwaliteitsteam, serviceteam en klanten.
Vereisten
  • Bachelor in engineering of een relevante technische opleiding.
  • 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in kalibratie, bij voorkeur in sectoren zoals farmaceutica of petrochemie.
  • Kennis van meetprincipes en kalibratieprocessen.
  • Ervaring met kalibratie-instrumenten en software (zoals dataloggers).
  • Goede kennis van PC’s met betrekking tot software installaties.
  • Bekendheid met kwaliteitsnormen zoals ISO/IEC 17025 en FDX15‑140 is een plus.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
  • Bereidheid om bij te leren en zich aan te passen aan nieuwe technologieën.
