• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, provide support, and discuss treatment plans.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Document client progress meticulously in compliance with organizational standards, ensuring all records are up-to-date and thorough.
• Perform intakes and assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and guide treatment direction.
• Engage in individual supervision for professional growth and skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain a positive mindset and adaptability in response to client needs and organizational changes.

Our primary focus is on youth and their mental health challenges, which may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. • Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• Ability to meet the credentialing requirements defined by our organization for telehealth services.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or populations facing substance abuse issues.
• Proven experience conducting assessments, diagnosis, and delivering individual and group therapy.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency, including experience with telehealth platforms and basic computer skills.
