THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a territory ownership role. You will be responsible for building and running your business in your assigned territory - calling on Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists, conducting in-OR product trials, and converting competitive accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Territory & Account Management
• Own your territory - build the pipeline, manage the funnel, and meet quotas.
• Call on Gynecologists, Urologists, and Urogynecologists across several sites of care - hospital Ors, ASCs, and office-based settings.
• Develop trusted relationships and become a valued resource within each surgeon's team.
• Conduct in-OR product trials and provide hands-on clinical support.
Competitive Positioning & Growth
• Identify and convert competitive accounts; grow market share within your territory.
• Stay current on competitor products and market trends to sharpen your positioning.
• Leverage CRM to track account activity, analyze trends, and prioritize opportunities.
Customer Success
• Deliver consistent post-sale service and support that drives retention and referrals.
• Always represent Caldera with professionalism and high integrity
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
• 3-6 years of outside B2B sales experience with a consistent record of achieving quota
• Must reside within the [TERRITORY]
• Demonstrated face-to-face sales experience and strong relationship-building skills.
• Coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently in the field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
• Evidence of leadership and competitive drive - athletics, team environments, extracurriculars
Preferred
• Experience in medical devices, surgical, or clinical sales
• Familiarity with hysteroscopy, gynecology, urology, or OR-based selling environments
