Cake testers use specialized tools, such as metal or plastic sticks, to check if cakes are baked thoroughly by inserting them into the cake and observing if any batter sticks. They may also evaluate other sensory aspects, including taste and appearance, to guarantee customer satisfaction. This job is essential in commercial bakeries and food production facilities to maintain high product quality.
